How should I care for my jewelry to maintain its shine?

To preserve the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions. Store your jewelry in its original pouch and clean it gently with a soft microfiber cloth after each wear.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

How long does shipping take and how can I track my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Does my jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes, APM Monaco provides a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care.

Can I resize my rings or bracelets?

Many of our bracelets feature adjustable sliders for a custom fit. However, due to the intricate pavé settings and plating of our rings, we do not offer resizing services. We recommend consulting our size guide before purchasing.
